How much does premium membership cost?

The membership automatically enrolls you in our Bonus Bling frequent renter program that costs either 5 USD a month or a discounted $50 USD per year. You will receive items at a significant discount compared to Guest members.

Please note that you have the option to enroll as a Guest member 100% free of charge or as a Premium member. You can always convert to premium membership at a later stage through the "your account" link.

How much does it cost to borrow an item?

Our rental prices are determined according to the lowest market retail prices. Typically we collect a small percentage of the value of the item as the rental fee. Please see the table below for a break-down of our pricing structure:

What does one-time-deposit mean?

Refundable deposit means that a security deposit amount is secured on your credit card for the rental time. If you return the item in proper condition there will immediately receive a reimbursement of the deposit amount once we received the items. Deductions to the deposit or extra charges will only occur if the item you rented is damaged and needs to be repaired or is lost or damaged beyond repair. However, normal wear and tear will NOT result in any deductions or extra charges.

Will you always charge me a deposit regardless if I rent often from you?

After a year of renting from us and with your account in good standing we will wave the deposit for you.

Are there any time limits for keeping a borrowed item?

You can borrow your item as long as you want to as long as your account remains in good standing. However, you receive extra bonus bling points for returning an item within a month of the initial rental.

How do I return my item?

We deliver prepaid envelopes/ return labels for you to send back to us at your convenience. We would like to ask you to keep the packaging in which the item was delivered and use it to return the item to us.

Can I "borrow" more than one item at once?

You can borrow more than one item as long as your credit card has the right sum available to cover the rental and an unsuspected total loss of the product. There is a maximum of 3 items per member on loan.

When is my credit card charged for membership fees?

You will be charged at the day of sign up and the same day every following month.

When is my credit card charged for item rental?

The charge will occur within 1-2 business days of the completed transaction.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can either call us with your customer number at 1-877-Bling-U-1 or send us an email to customerservice@blingourself.com

Do you accept checks or money orders?

At this point we cannot accept these forms of payment.

Do you offer insurance for borrowed items in case of damage?

We are aware that there will be light wear and tear to our products, but to insure yourself against excessive wear and tear to the item we offer insurance to protect you against that and to provide you peace of mind. You can opt for the one-time insurance charge during the checkout process when you select the shipping method.

Please note that this insurance coverage does not include damage to the item beyond repair, loss or theft. In this case we will charge you with the full retail value of the item.

Who pays for shipping and handling?

There is a flat fee of $10USD for delivery and the return shipping is on us.

How long does it take for the item to show up on my doorstep?

It typically takes 2-5 business days with standard UPS shipping. However, you can opt for expedited overnight shipping for an additional fee.

How does guest membership borrowing work?

You can become a free guest Bling Yourself member in order to rent our exciting products. If you like renting from us you might want to think about becoming a member because you will take part in the Bonus Bling program earning points and renting items at a 10% discount.

Are your luxurious items original items or replicas?

All of our items are 100% certified original items. Please compare to the few other jewelry rental websites where you actually don't receive real but costume jewelry and crystals for a premium price.

Are these "new" items? What condition are the items in?

Our items are brand new or in a like new condition. We always review our items for wear and tear and replace them with new items after a certain period.

What is the difference between Guest Membership and Premium Membership?

The guest can borrow items, but does not accumulate bonus points which you can use for rentals and other rewards. A valued Premium Member does accumulate points and also receives a significant discount on every rental for the lifetime of his membership.

How can I accumulate membership points?

With every rental you will receive bonus bling points which will be added to your bling box customer profile. Also you will receive seasonal bonus bling gift points that will be added to your account balance and additional points for yearlong loyal members.

Borrow or buy?

Enjoy the variety of different luxurious items without having to commit to one pricey item. Instead enjoy the flexibility to frequently change your star like looks with designer jewelry, watches and accessories.

By the way - periodically we will auction of old items on our web site so that you can hopefully purchase your dream item for a fraction of the market cost.

What do I do if an item that I am borrowing becomes dirty or breaks?

We use industry strength cleaning equipment for a clinical cleanliness. Usually we are able to clean dirty items. If items are broken we will have to charge market rates for the repair of the object. If it is broken beyond repair we will have to charge the retail value of the item.


Your Bling Account

What is the Wait List?

We usually try to forecast demand for our popular items, but it can happen that we however don't have every item available at the same time. If you really like an item you can add items to your wish list. When you become first in the waiting list, you will receive the item if it is in stock (The rental fee will be charged to your credit card as with any other rental). Wait List functionality is only available to our Premium Members not Guest Members.

What is the Wish List?

If an item is out at the time of when you browse through our product catalog or you simply want to come back to your selection later in time you can add the item to your wishlist in order earmark the item for yourself for a later point in time. At a later stage simply transfer the item from your wish list into your shopping cart if it is in stock. This functionality is available for both premium members and guest members.

What are the prerequisite to be an affiliate of our website?

Currently we don't offer an affiliate program, but we plan to introduce one later this year.
